Yes, you are free to put your account on hold at anytime. We get it. Things come up and sometimes you just can't fit socks in the budget. This is an easy way to press the pause button and come back when you are ready.
Simply log-in through the homepage of our website here then follow the steps below:
Click "Subscriptions" on the left hand side of the screen and locate which subscription number you are attempting to place on hold. Then click "View"
The final step is to click "Suspend". This will begin the account hold. You will not receive shipments until you choose to reactivate.
To re-activate, follow the same steps above, but choose "Reactivate" where "Suspend" once was.
